Tari has a background in building and delivering service management teams. At St. James’s Place Wealth Management, he is involved in the development of IT strategy and providing governance on several transformation projects to ensure delivery to scope, budget and on time. He is responsible for the delivery of services by internal IT teams and Outsourcing partners, to agreed SLAs. These services are delivered in accordance with the ITIL framework focusing predominantly on the processes of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Access Management, Request Fulfilment, Configuration management, Operations Management, establishing and reporting of performance against SLAs and KPIs.
Tari has been involved in the delivery of an Identity Access Management project to understand technical risk, compliance and mitigate it by delivering certifications for compliance, automation of the business processes of Joiners, Movers and Leavers for all the St. James Place Wealth Management communities.
