After business school, Roman started his professional career at GrandVision France. First in the procurement team, then as a demand planner.  He was then a demand planner for OVHcloud until an internal mobility which allowed him to start his career in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a project manager. He gradually moved on to environmental challenges to focus on carbon strategy. He is now in charge of sustainability at Linxens.
