Geoff Goodell, Deputy Executive Director, Ucl Centre For Blockchain Technologies, University College London

Geoff Goodell is a Senior Research Associate at University College London.  He is Convenor of two ISO working groups and is an associate of the Centre for Technology and Global Affairs at the University of Oxford.  After starting his career as an associate at Goldman Sachs in New York, he later became Chief Investment Officer of Phase Capital, an asset management firm, where he developed and managed a systematic macro strategy for institutional clients.
He has a PhD from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from MIT, and his recent work focuses on private payment systems, decentralised marketplaces, and regulation.
