Lisa Sullivan, Senior Vice President Travel and Transport, IDEMIA

Lisa Sullivan is the Senior Vice President, Travel and Transport (T&T) for IDEMIA, I&S North America (ISNA), a long-time market-leading provider of identity and security solutions to both government and commercial customers. In this critical role, Ms. Sullivan serves on IDEMIA’s Executive Committee and leads flagship accounts at Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CPB), as well as implementations with leading travel ecosystem players such as Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), Newark Airport (EWR), Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), and Virgin Voyages.
Prior to joining IDEMIA, Ms. Sullivan lead and delivered industry-leading data integration software at Palantir Technologies – focused on identifying and targeting critical problem sets in the federal transportation and aviation sectors. Prior to Palantir, Ms. Sullivan held numerous leadership roles at L3 Harris Technologies. Her tenure included strategy and business development, program management, and operations for the aviation ecosystem on a multiyear, multibillion dollar transformation to overhaul our US national airspace system.
Ms. Sullivan also has a passion for supporting technology incubators, travel innovations and enhancing women’s position in the workplace. She serves as Strategic Advisor and Board Member for a non-profit company in Northern Virginia, and a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) mentorship committee and also serves as a Board Member on the U.S. Travel Association.
Ms. Sullivan has a M.A./B.S./B.A. in International, Finance, and Criminology from University of Florida, an MBA from Duke University and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.
