Justin is a subject-matter expert in payment and identity technology solutions and services. At Consult Hyperion, he is delivery lead for the identity and privacy practice areas in North America. In this role, he provides guidance and support for strategic client initiatives, oversees consulting project delivery, and ensures effective and successful solution design, selection, and implementation. His background includes technology program management experience across financial services, consulting, and government roles while providing an effective interface between business and technical teams. His focus has been on financial services, telecommunications, and public sector clients considering and implementing the opportunities presented through existing and future strategies.
Justin also represents Consult Hyperion at several industry organizations including:
- As Co-Chair of the Innovation Expert Committee (IEC) with the Digital ID and Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC), a collaboration of public and private entities working to develop a digital identity and authentication ecosystem for Canada.
- As a Steering Committee member of the Identity Council for the Secure Technology Alliance and US Payments Forum, which provides leadership and coordination for the Alliance‘s identity and identity-related efforts across a spectrum of use cases and applications, form factors, attributes, and authentication and authorization methods.
Before joining Consult Hyperion, Justin was the Director of Product Development, Security and Compliance within the New York City Department of Finance. He managed the centralization of payment processing capabilities across more than 40 NYC government agencies, the creation of the first centralized PCI-DSS compliance management and audit division, and the growth of a new omnichannel payment product strategy.
