Lyle Andrew has been in the asphalt industry since 1987 with extensive hands-on experience in laboratorty, contracting, commercial, boardroom and industry representative roles. He is currently Executive Director of the Institute of Asphalt Technology and will become Chief Executive of the Institute of Highway Engineers in December 2024. Lyle is a Fellow of both IAT and IHE.
