Nomer is an university instructor for the past 10 years teaching writing, research, literature, and other related language courses at Bataan Peninsula State University. He has heavily integrated social media in his undergraduate courses and utilize the power of this platform for education. Nomer is currently finishing my PHD in Applied Linguistics at De La Salle University Manila. Taking on a new challenge,he is now leading a MOOC program at BPSU which is under the AE Program of the US Embassy.
