Kathryn Medina- Carls, is a public servant for 9 years, as a Special Education Teacher in Philippine School for the Deaf, and now as the Education Program Specialist II at the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas. As an advocate of sign language and Deaf Awareness she helps the schools within the City of Dasmarinas in accepting Deaf students and providing language accessibility through training in sign language.
