Lily Ng | Director of Business Services
The Hills Grammar School

Lily is the Director of Business Services at The Hills Grammar School, a leading independent school located in Sydney.  With over 20 years of experience in business management and finance, she oversees the strategic direction and operational management of the School’s Finance, IT, and Facilities departments.  Lily joined THGS in February 2022 and has already achieved spectacular outcomes with her effective leadership, especially in the area of financial management.  
Prior to her role at THGS, Lily held senior management positions in various industries, including Superannuation and Banking. She has also served as a company director of a superannuation fund and is currently a director for a local charity with their headquarters in New York, USA. 
Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Association of School Business Administrators. 
For the past ten years, Lily has been mentoring other schools' Business, Finance, and IT managers, and is currently participating in the ASBA Limited Mentoring Program 2023 as a Mentor. 
Lily is making a powerful difference in her multifaceted roles, bringing her experience, knowledge, and connections to create meaningful and positive change.
