App design is for appsolutely everyone!

During this session, you will discover the step-by-step process of designing an app prototype and you will witness the incredible skills that your students will develop throughout this learning experience. This session is full of practical examples, hear stories about key ‘lightbulb’ moments witness throughout the project and see real student work samples.This is based on design thinking rather than coding and no experience or background knowledge is required for you to start running a similar project in your classroom tomorrow! This project design is applicable in all subject areas from K-12 and does not require any specific software – you can adapt this to meet whatever technology your school uses! This session will explore the power of the app design process in developing student skills in collaboration, creativity, critical thinking and problem solving.WHY ATTEND?
