Kyra Galante, First Nations Participation Director - Australia, Worley

Kyra Galante (Bonney) is a Guburn (Kupurn) woman from the Goldfields region of Western Australia, having connections to Noongar Country. 
Kyra is Worley Australia’s First Nations Participation Director. As a proud Indigenous woman with over 20 years’ experience, Kyra is facilitating partnerships between Worley Australia and Indigenous businesses to create positive socio-economic impact. As well as this, Kyra’s work involves providing guidance to Worley and our customers to facilitate the energy transition’s alignment with Indigenous cultural values to protect land, water and heritage. 
Kyra supports the ANZ Leadership team to lead and implement Worleys Reconciliation Action Plan. She is excited about the opportunity to create some meaningful change within Worley and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people nationally. Kyra wears many hats in giving back to her community but her most recent role is being invited as an ambassador for WA in the ‘Voice to Parliament’ campaign which is significant in Worley’s support of the Uluru Statement from the Heart.
