Harvey Wilson, Head Teacher – Teaching and Learning, Instructional Leadership, Finigan School of Distance Education

Harvey taught PDHPE for a number of years before retraining as a Physics teacher in 2010. She was awarded the Premier’s Teachers Scholarship for Physics in 2010 which allowed her to undertake a 5 week European study tour into nuclear physics both at CERN (European Council For Nuclear Research) and Edinburgh, Scotland where she met with (future) Nobel Prize Winner, Professor Peter Higgs. 
Harvey was worked across all education systems in Australia and abroad and currently works at Finigan School of Distance Education as an Instructional Leader supporting staff to develop and deliver quality live lessons to our students all around NSW and across the globe. She is passionate about utilising best practice research to guide processes and implementation and works closely with Vickie Krikowa to ensure that implementation across both components is consistent and effective for our setting.
