Di has over 20 years’ workplace learning experience in the financial services and public sectors, and a bachelor’s degree in Training and Development from the University of New England. Her expertise includes learning strategy; performance consultancy; learning design; development and facilitation; and impact evaluation.
Prior to joining the Australian Public Service Commission in 2015, Di spent 14 years in various service delivery, policy and learning roles, including five years managing a joint program between the ATO and Centrelink.
Recently, Di led the development of the Australian Public Service Learning and Development Strategy and Action Plan, which aims to ensure that the Australian Public Service workforce is continually building critical skills and knowledge, and adapting in order to deliver for the Australian community and Government.
Di currently leads a passionate multi-disciplinary learning team, and would rather run late than miss her morning routine of a cup of tea in bed and a quick scroll through her ‘learning and development’ Twitter feed.
