Dan Rytmeister, TAS Advisor, Learning Improvement, Curriculum Secondary Learners, NSW Department of Education

Dan Rytmeister is the TAS Advisor for the NSW Department of Education. He graduated as an Industrial Arts Teacher at Sydney University in 1992. Prior to his secondment to State Office in 2015 he worked in a number of Sydney schools holding the position as Head Teacher at Marrickville High School and Sylvania High School. Dan received an Excellence in the Integration of ICT award in 2005 and was the inaugural Microsoft Scholar that included an overseas study tour. As TAS advisor, Dan Rytmeister has led many initiatives to support all areas of TAS education in NSW Public Schools including extensive professional development to support the new Technology Mandatory syllabus.
