This session will help you unpack the potential of the NSW K-6 Digital Technologies strand in an everyday classroom, that supports students’ computational thinking skills, systems and data representation knowledge and understanding in an ‘unplugged’ or minimal tech environment.WHY ATTEND
  • Identify and understand the key NSW Digital Technologies concepts and how they can be taught in a K-6 classroom
  • Understand ‘unplugged’ and ‘plugged’ learning principles and apply them to the digital technologies key concepts
  • Understand how Computational Thinking skills, including algorithms, are used to analyse and solve problems
