Mr Wiputra Cendana is an Academic Lecturer at Pelita Harapan University, Indonesia. He graduated from Corban University with a BSc Primary Education and Pelita Harapan University with an MPd in Educational Technology. He teaches Curriculum Studies, ICT Essentials, Study Skills, Pedagogy, Primary Mathematics, General Science, Multimedia, Educational Technology, Science and Technology, Social Studies, Current Issues in Education, Workshops (Pre-Service Teacher Certification Program), PSAL Mathematics, Differentiated Learning and Classroom Action Research courses. He is the author of a number of sole- and co-authored publications in 102 journals and 32 books. He received research grant funding from the Indonesian government to devise an innovative learning model and assistive technology for students who are slow learners. He successfully employs Massive Online Open Courses (MOOCs) to interact with higher education students from other universities. His research interests include digital educational technology, educational leadership, curriculum development, inquiry-based learning in science, and pedagogy skills. Apart from his teaching roles at university, he is also a TED Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, Microsoft Teacher Trainer, and Google Educator.
