Wilma is the principal of Commonwealth Elementary School as well as a part-time Professor at Pacific Intercontinental College Graduate School in the Philippines. She is a 2-time Hall of Fame Awardee (National Brigada Eskwela Contest), was awarded Most Outstanding Educator (Gawad Sulo Foundation) and Hero of the Year (Gawad Filipino Foundation). She authored 3 books — Masayang Magbasa Book I, II & III (St. Mary's Publishing House). She also is an international/ national speaker and Action Research Fund grantee.
