He is a highly sought after speaker in the areas of both education and business research and he  also teaches part-time in 2 local Universities, NTU and SUSS, and has published/presented papers in USA, United Kingdom, Itality, Spain, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.
