Naima Charlier, BEd (Hons) Eng, MBA, is currently Director of Teaching and Learning at Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong, where she is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for teaching and learning from Early Years to Secondary across four campuses.
She was the founding Head of the Sai Kung campus. In her 24 years of teaching, Naima has worked in both state and private schools in the UK, USA, Romania, and Hong Kong. She has previously held the positions of Deputy Principal and Head of Primary and is especially interested in developing new schools.
She has an MBA in International Educational Leadership from the IoE in London and is a Lead Improvement Partner for COBIS. She is currently teaching IGCSE Global Perspectives, which she is very much enjoying as it ties in with her interest in the development of 21st Century learning skills.
