Starting in 2010, Masruri started out as an English teacher in Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta in 2010. Since then, he's served the school as Vice Principal of Curriculum, Principal of the Junior High School, and now Principal of the Senior High School. Under his leadership, Al Azhar Kelapa Gading has embarked on a digital transformation journey in the bid to modernise its curriculum and pedagogy.
