I am currently  Deputy Director (Pedagogy) of Educational Development at Singapore Polytechnic. I lead my team in the implementation of educational initiatives like CDIO, Data-Enabled Flipped Learning, Self-Directed Learning and Pedagogy for the Professions. Part of his work also involves working closely with faculty to re-design their curriculum, innovate their teaching and learning approaches and conducting workshops and other professional development activities.  Additionally, I work closely with SP's pedagogical leaders to experiment with new T&L innovations especially in new emerging areas such as Gen AI.
