Maria Cristina “Indo” Ibañez is the Innovation Resource Manager of the Philippines first integrated makerspace, the Miriam College – Henry Sy, Sr. Innovation Center. With her academic preparation in entrepreneurship and human resource management, she coordinates initiatives specialists in design, robotics, engineering and entrepreneurship, arts, mathematics, and social responsibility (DREAMS) for the said facility. She is currently engaged in technology business incubation for educational apps with the Philippine Department of Science and Technology through the Higher Education Institution Readiness for Incubating for Incubating Technology program. Indo also specializes in forming academe-industry partnerships that directly impact the mission of Miriam College as a trailblazing institution in integrating technology in education.
