Lillian Lam is a Learning Innovation Leader and Secondary Learning Enrichment Teacher at the Australian International School in Singapore. With a Masters and dual certification in Special and General Education, she brings over 16 years of classroom experience with a focus on innovation and inclusion. As a certified Cognitive Coach, she is passionate about guiding leaders and teachers toward becoming self-directed professionals. Lillian’s impact on her school is evident through her success with staff professional learning events. What started as a subschool initiative has grown into a Singapore-wide TECHmeet event, sparking excitement among educators about digital learning. Another area of notable progress is the growth of student opportunities she has provided including the e-Sports, Robotics, and Student Media Teams. She continues to improve processes and practices across all areas of the school, including digital subscriptions and innovative spaces. Beyond her professional pursuits, Lillian enjoys spending quality time with her family, immersing herself in Lindy Hop dancing, and exploring new destinations through food and travel.
