Lillian Lam is a Learning Innovation Leader and Secondary Learning Enrichment Teacher at the Australian International School in Singapore. With a Masters and dual certification in Special and General Education, she brings over 14 years of classroom experience with a focus on innovation and inclusion. As a certified Cognitive Coach, she is passionate about guiding leaders and teachers toward becoming self-directed professionals.   Lillian’s impact on her school is evident through her success with DiscoTECH (DISCOvering TECHnology) Staff PD. What started as a subschool initiative has grown into a schoolwide event, sparking excitement among staff about digital learning. She continues to elevate innovation across all areas of the school.   Beyond her professional pursuits, Lillian enjoys spending quality time with her family, immersing herself in Lindy Hop dancing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
