JoAn Radojkovich, Director, Junior School, Dulwich College International

Mrs. JoAn Radojkovich is a sought after international educator and administrator with over 20 years experience as a principal. She has worked extensively in International Baccalaureate schools across Asia Pacific and has led in public schools, independent schools, universities, advising NGOs, governments and ministries of education. She has been Global Curriculum Manager with the International Baccalaureate based in Asia Pacific. JoAn has successfully led schools through change management, startup situations, strategic planning and the implementation and completion of a variety of curricula including IB PYP, MYP and DP authorisation. Throughout her career she has created professional development programmes, school policies and developed school cultures that foster co-evolving and empowerment of staff. She has develop from vision to implementation a number of new initiatives with her team of teachers. She is dedicated to and passionate about working with colleagues to pioneer educational innovations. She has a Master's degree (Hons) in Education.
