Janice Antoniette Forster has been a dedicated faculty member at Silliman University, a prestigious private institution established in 1901, for an impressive span of 25 years. Currently situated within the Research and Innovation department, she expertly manages the Technology Business Incubator and leads a pivotal startup enablers consortium, thereby contributing significantly to regional entrepreneurship. Concurrently, as the President of the Philippine eLearning Society, she spearheads efforts to establish a preeminent professional body, driving innovative eLearning practices throughout the ASEAN Region. Janice's academic prowess shines through her two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Information Technology. Presently immersed in her dissertation for a Ph.D. in Education, specializing in research and evaluation, she showcases her commitment to advancing scholarly pursuits.
