Dr. Jim Gerhard is the Head of School at Seoul International School in the Republic of Korea. He has been an educator, principal, and school head at eight different schools during his time in the United States, India, Kuwait, the Dominican Republic, Thailand, Burma, Sierra Leone and South Korea.

He has presented at workshops on PLCs, Standards, Assessment, Well-Being, and Recruitment of Teachers. He is a strong advocate for student health and safety. He continues to work as an examiner for the IB and always champions intercultural competency practices and cultivating a strong sense of belonging in international schools.
