Sia Geok Soon is a lecturer at the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) College Central, specializing in the field of Infocomm Technology. With a passion for integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into his teaching methods, he consistently seeks ways to improve classroom teaching and enhance students' learning experiences. 

Recognizing the prevalence of mobile devices in today's society, he has mentored students in designing and implementing innovative mobile learning solutions, such as Learning@ITE, which allows students to learn seamlessly and conveniently while on the move. The application achieved third place in the PlugFest International Programming Competition. By harnessing the power of mobile technology, students can access educational resources and engage with course content wherever they are.
