Desy is an English Literature and a Magister Management graduate who has been working in the education field for more than 17 years. Teaching has been her passion as she really enjoys sharing, having discussions and encouraging students to do their best.   For the last 7 years, she has been involved in school management, in which she has learned and practiced a lot about how to set short and long-term strategies, organize events, give training to teachers and most importantly, how to be a leader and conceptualizer.   She is a communicative and creative person, who is willing to improve her skills and experience in leadership, management and technology.
