Lee Chye Seng has more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale eLearning initiatives and spearheading Learning Technology for higher education. He is currently the Director of Learning Technology and Services at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and was formerly the Divisional Director of Learning Technologies at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He is a Board Director for eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA), a non-profit organisation running annual regional eLearning conferences, and a certified Business Continuity Expert (BCCE). He is actively involved in community volunteer work and Learning Technology related Special Interest Groups.
