Carol Loi, Co-Founder, SGFamilies

Carol Loi is a certified digital wellness educator and a Fellow of the Center for Media Literacy. She is an associate consultant to the Singapore University of Social Sciences for the “Gaming, Game Addiction & Cyber-Bullying” module. She is also a certified mental toughness coach, a Maxwell Leadership Certified youth and family coach, and a behavioural analysis consultant. She is a social entrepreneur, concurrently running a ground-up movement for parents by parents called SGFamilies.

She has served in the Singapore public service for over two decades, including the Economic Development Board, Ministry of Education and Info-communications Media Development Authority. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, specialising in technology and human capital management. Carol and her husband are raising two young adults.
