Avis Parker is an experienced educator who has been teaching in international schools in Malaysia for more than 10 years. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in both pastoral care and academic studies. Currently serving as the Deputy Headteacher, academic, at Epsom College, she takes charge of various aspects of the school's operations, including Teaching and Learning, Assessment and Reporting.   At Epsom College, technology plays a central role in supporting the school's educational practices. Avis strongly believes in the power of data to gain insights into students' abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, which in turn informs teaching strategies. This approach not only gives students a voice in their education but also provides the school with valuable insights into teacher performance and areas for improvement.   Recognizing the importance of student well-being, Epsom College conducts termly wellness checks to monitor and support students' mental and emotional health.
