Aime is a former high school teacher at the U.P. Integrated School before joining STI Education Services Group where she currently serves as Training Manager. She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in education at the University of the Philippines, where she was also inducted as a member of the International Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. She recently completed her master’s degree in education with a specialisation in information technology integration at the Ateneo de Manila University. Apart from being a licensed professional teacher, she is a Microsoft Certified Educator and has vast experience in the areas of content development, instructional design, learning delivery, technology integration, teacher evaluation, professional development, and quality management systems.
