In-person Show & Tell speakers will be given a 2-day conference speaker pass plus 1 complimentary 2-day conference pass to invite a colleague along. *
*Travel, accommodation, and other expenses related to attending EDUtech Asia are not included, and the costs borne are the responsibility of the speaker.

If you become a Show & Tell Speaker, you will:

Be acknowledged as an EDUtech Show & Tell Speaker. You'll receive a Certificate of Acknowledgement of being an EDUtech Show & Tell 2023 Speaker.

Become an inspiration to fellow educators, not just in your institution but also across the world, who will be learning from your stories
Be heard
It's simple, it's fun and it's a platform for your voice to be heard.
Guidelines for Submission
EDUtech is pleased to welcome educators to submit an idea of your educational innovation story that you’d like to share at EDUtech_Talks . *Selected Show & Tell sessions will also be featured at EDUtech events throughout the year.
Only one entry per educator so make it count!
We welcome multiple submissions per educational institution, so if you have colleagues who are innovative educators, tell them about Show & Tell too!
And yes, you can co-present your Show & Tell with a colleague.
Who is Eligible?
Entries are open to teachers, lecturers and ed-tech coaches from K-12 and higher education institutions.
Note: Videos of solutions/services/products that contain personal commercial affiliation may not be accepted*.
Deadline for Show & Tell Idea submission
EDUtech Show & Tell 2023 Call for Idea submission will be open until 15 September 2023 for a chance to be included into the 2023 Series on our community site, EDUtech_talks .
*If you would like be be considered for an in-person presentation at our Flagship event EDUtech Asia 2023 (November, Singapore), the final submission deadline will is 15 September 2023.
Format of Idea Submission
Share your Show & Tell idea with us in 3 simple points using this form. The idea should be written in English, and consist of plain text only. Essentially the three points should summarise the Show & Tell Story you’ll like to share and the key learning points for other educators.
Show & Tell Stories should provide insights and ideas for educators.
Eligibility: Entries are open to teachers, lecturers and ed-tech coaches from K-12 and higher education institutions.
Show & Tell Idea Submission Method
Notification of Acceptance
Successful entries will be notified by end of September 2023 .
Show & Tell Video
If a Show & Tell idea is accepted, virtual and in-person applicants will be required to submit an mp4 video of the Show & Tell (maximum of 15 minutes) within 2 weeks of acceptance. More information and guidelines will be provided upon successful acceptance.
Can I feature my students' work during the Show & Tell?
Yes! Here at EDUtech, we're happy to provide a platform for student voices' be heard! As long as guardians of minors have given their approvals, you can do your show & tell with your students.
