Stacey Quince is currently Director, Teaching Quality, for the NSW Department of Education, where she leads statewide initiatives aimed at deepening teacher capacity through a range of strategic projects. Stacey has over 25 years’ experience in education, including as Principal at Campbelltown Performing Arts High School, where she led a significant transformation and improvement agenda. Stacey is passionate about empowering teachers through co-designed professional learning that is evidence-informed and responsive to the needs of both individual educators and school contexts.
Stacey has been awarded an Australian Award for Teacher Leadership; NSW ACEL Leadership Award; NSW Australian Council of Educators Quality Teaching Award; NSW Department of Education Secretary’s Award for Excellence in Service; NSW Premier’s Teacher Scholarship; SPC Academy Fellowship and is an Australian Schools Plus Teaching Award Fellow.
