The Federation of British International Schools in Asia (FOBISIA) is a not-for-profit membership organisation promoting high quality British-international-style education. The membership includes 60+ Member Schools across 15+ countries and 80+ educational organisations from around the globe. FOBISIA brings Heads and senior leaders together for collaborative planning and shared professional development, as well as support and networking opportunities. Its Member Schools host 35+ professional development events for staff, including conferences, workshops and training, supported by an online community forum. They also host 50+ student events, including sports invitationals, festivals, conferences and academic competitions, with the Friendly Games hosted in a central hub. FOBISIA events offer staff and students a unique opportunity to experience different cultures and learning environments around the region. Over 30 years, FOBISIA has grown into an inclusive and welcoming ‘family’ that is respected across Asia, and beyond.
