Senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the security industry, Jean-François (Jeff) Lennon is Vice-President for Sales & marketing, and Executive Board Member at Vision-Box™, a leading provider of Automated Border Control and multi-modal biometric-based Identity Management Solutions.

Since he joined Vision-Box in early 2012, Jeff has embarked on wide-ranging projects, having spearheaded the exponential growth of the company during the past six years. He is currently overseeing strategic and sales responsibilities of seven offices around the world, and is in charge of the long-term growth plan of the company, towards collective goals of security, safety and quality of life.
 
Subsequent to Vision-Box’s well-known success, as well as to numerous speaking engagements and participation in various renowned industry events, Jeff has a growing reputation as undoubted industry expert. In fact, his proficiency combines transversal entrepreneur, managerial and leadership skills, remarkable strategic thinking with a profound understanding of transformational trends, backed-up by a strong IT and technical background, and an extensive experience in Public and Industrial Security and Safety matters.
 
Prior to joining Vision-Box, Jeff worked for over 15 years in various positions and countries for two major players in the security and building technologies industries, namely Tyco Fire & Security and Siemens, where he was exposed to very competitive environments, broad and enriching market insights, as well as intensive international experiences by repositioning, developing and opening diverse markets in a number of regions.
 
Jeff Lennon holds a Bachelor Degree in Social & Economics Science, as well as a Computer Science Degree and completed his academic background with a Master in International Management when he came to live in Portugal in 2009.
 
Half French, half British, born in Germany and married to a Portuguese woman, Jeff has two children and lives in Lisbon, Portugal… in-between flights around the world!
