At present she leads the team at passenger services at the country's main international airport representing the National Airline. Holding wealth of exposure in airline and airport passenger management delivering excellent customer services with team work and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction, thus striving as part of a dedicated team to avoid complaints and earn compliments. She is currently reading for her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specialized in Marketing at University of Bedfordshire. Her exposure over passenger operations at the main international airport, representing the airline runs across 9 years with insight on passenger services, check-in, departure gates. Her passion has always been to lead, motivate, engage and inspire all staff to ensure the delivery of great customer experiences in line with airport and airline procedures, policies and brand values.
