Claire is a globally recognised aviation leader with over 30 years’ experience spanning across regional and international airlines and airports. An MBA and ICAO IAP designated executive, certified human-led design thinker and a former inhouse practitioner, Claire blends deep operational insight with customer-centric strategy. She has led the development of customer strategies, conceptual operations and stakeholder engagement frameworks that secure alignment across complex projects. Her empathetic understanding of customer and aviation operations, help her shape and peer review design concepts across all stages of the project lifecycles. Today, Claire advises airports, businesses and industry associations worldwide, helping them set ambitious strategies, embed accountability through governance, and deliver travel experiences that are both inclusive and commercially sustainable. She is also the NSW/ACT Deputy Division Chair for the Australian Airports Association.
