Here at Aviation Festival Asia, we have been of course keeping a close eye on the global situation to ensure the festival runs both safely and also delivers the highest possible ROI for all participating sponsors and exhibitors. With the recent vaccine news, IATA’s digital COVID 19 passport and a solid plan from various regions to vaccinate the greater population by the end of 2021, everything is looking positive however progress has maybe not followed everyone’s initial expectations.

 

As a result, in order to appropriately run Aviation Festival Asia as a physical conference, more time is clearly needed to allow the airline industry and regions to recover. Hence, Aviation Festival Asia will return to its ‘normal’ timing in Q1 and will take place on:

 
Tuesday and Wednesday, February 22nd and 23rd, 2022

 

Mark your calendars and be part of the biggest gathering of Aviation leaders from across Asia Pacific region where they will discuss collaboration and adoption of new technologies that will help drive revenue and innovation for the aviation industry.

Our commitment to delivering a safe event in 2022

 

Testing and vaccination

 

Participants without proof of vaccination will be required to take an antigen test before entering the event

Track and trace

 

All attendees will be required to download the SG track and trace app or token. They will be required to scan into all areas of the event

Personal protection

 

All attendees will be required to wear a face mask at all times. Hand sanitizers will be located in all areas of the event. All attendees will be temperature screened on entering the venue

Singapore guidelines

 

Aviation Festival Asia is held in Singapore and will follow the Singapore guidelines for operating safe events

< 50 people in each zone

< 20 people in each cohort

< 8 people in each group

> 1m spacing between individuals

8 Ssqm of space per event attendee

No intermingling between cohorts and zone

Crowd density

 

Exhibition isle will be a minimum of 4m. Crowd density in all areas will be measured and controlled. A safe distance of 1M between individuals will be enforced at all times

Non-contact
 

 

Registration will be non-contact. Exchange of business contacts will be facilitated through QR codes in the event app.

Venue commitment

 

All public areas of the venue will be sanitized regularly, airflow and circulation enhanced
