Digital Learning: Understanding the Trends and Planning for 2020 and Beyond

Digital disruption has propelled digital learning forward at an exponential rate. We need to rethink our perception of the employee and organisational learning curve, and how we’re enabling capability, delivering and measuring learning.

The nature and delivery of learning is changing radically. Artificial intelligence, virtual reality, social learning, wearables, self-curation — the changes in how people communicate, connect and learn are occurring at a phenomenal rate. Our challenge is to constantly reimagine how people learn, how organisations deliver learning and how digital solutions will enable organisations and individuals to work smarter, more flexibly and streamline operational efficiencies.

This highly engaging and informative presentation, drawing upon real-world case studies, will focus on the future trends that will leverage the benefits of the digital age to reshape the face of learning and education.
