Charles Jennings, Leading Thinker On Workplace Learning And Author, 70 20 10 Institute

Charles Jennings is a leading thinker and practitioner in innovative talent, learning and performance approaches. An author and well-known speaker, he is particularly known for his work with the 70:20:10 model. 
In 2015 Charles founded the 70:20:10 Institute with the co-authors of his book ‘702010 towards 100% performance’. The Institute provides global services, accelerators, toolkits, clinics, and accreditation programs to organisations to help improve performance using the 70:20:10 framework and the Institute’s methodology. 
An Australian by birth, Charles has lived and worked across the globe for the past 45 years. His career includes roles as a business school professor, as head of the UK national centre for networked learning, as chief learning officer for global companies, as a consultant, and as a member of advisory boards for international learning, performance and business bodies. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA) and a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI).
Charles is a director of Duntroon Consultants, his consultancy company, and also the Internet Time Alliance, a multinational think-tank of leading business and performance practitioners helping organisations exploit informal and social learning approaches to ‘work smarter’.
