Reuben is a Chartered Engineer with over 32 years’ experience in rail and underground work. He specializes in design and construction of Mass Rapid Transit, Light Rail Transit, High Speed Rail, Heavy Rail and Tunnel projects from concept to close out.  He is a Director with Jacobs Engineering, Malaysia and leads international design teams in the delivery of rail and tunnel projects in the ASEAN region. He has recently led and completed several major trackwork design projects in Malaysia and Australia. Notable recent rail projects are Klang Valley MRT 2 Trackworks, KV LRT 3 Trackworks, KV Valley Double Tracking, KL Tram Feasibility Study and  Asset Condition Study of Kelana Jaya Line Underground Section.
