Ouk Sota is the Deputy Director of Railway Department, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Kingdom of Cambodia. 
He has been involved with many road and railway construction/rehabilitation/improvement projects in Cambodia, including Feasibility Study, Detailed Design, Construction
and Operation in both public and private sectors.He has Master of Engineering Science in the school of Civil and Environmental Engineering Majoring in Civil Engineering at the University of New South Wales in Australia.
