Leroy Lee has joined RATP Dev as the Head of Technical Bid working for bid management and development in Asia Pacific region. He has more than 10 years of experience, including 5 years with Thales Transport and 5 years with SMRT Trains. Through his different assignments on major projects in Singapore, he has gained vast experience in project, product and bid management roles. Leroy graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2002 with 1st Class Honours in Electronic Engineering, later obtaining his MBA with Distinction from University of Strathclyde in 2015.
