Jess Yuen, Head of Projects and Customer Services, Revenue Collection Systems, Thales

Jess is the Head of Projects and Services in Revenue Collection Systems Hong Kong. He has been working in the information technology field and E&M domain for over 20 years. He graduated in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong, and hold the master degree of Information Systems  in the same university. And then in 2012 he obtained Juris Doctor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In Thales, he and his team delivered several key ticketing projects for the metro lines in the Asia Pacific Regions such as Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand. Recently his project team successfully delivered an open-loop payment system for transit in Bangkok.
