Iya joined Talma Travel in 2018 and since then she has been leading the company throughout the digital transformation which is a main part of Talma’s strategic plans. Highly experienced in an airline business, Iya brings with her the most updated trends of the travel industry.
Prior to Talma she spent 17 years with ELAL Airlines in various positions, managing its largest branch in Israel amongst others.
Iya is also experienced in a courier business after spending two years as a CCO of FedEx in Israel.
Iya obtained her MBA from the University of Derby.
