Thijs Brouwer, Sr. Field Application Engineer, Real-Time Innovations

Thijs Brouwer has been a Field Application Engineer at Real-Time Innovations (RTI) since 2020, based in Frankfurt, Germany. In this role, he advises avionics and defense customers as well as several working groups within EUROCAE and NATO on the benefits of DDS (Data Distribution Service) and data-centric software architectures for systems with real-time requirements. With over 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Thijs has designed and developed high-performance C/C++ software applications across diverse industries, including electronic design automation, embedded automotive systems, and carrier-grade telecommunications.
