Victoria began her aviation career 29 years ago as a Reliability Analyst at ValuJet Airlines. She has spent the last 10 years at Delta Air Lines in various positions, from Sr. Project Manager and Technical Records Specialist and Sr. Contracts Specialist to her latest role as a Contract Manager within the MRO Services organization in TechOps. Victoria is responsible for supporting the various organizations’ sales teams by drafting and writing contracts, drafting, and executing deal closing documents as well as Business Assurance through compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Prior to that, she provided technical acceptance – pre-purchase technical records audits for engines, landing gear and other major assemblies Delta was potentially adding to their fleet. Before joining Delta Air Lines, she was the Aircraft Records Manager for Spirit Airlines. Victoria spent time in the aftermarket business at AeroTurbine as a Technical Records Systems Administrator managing the implementation of software designed to track and monitor their leased assets. Victoria has held other roles in Quality Control where thorough technical records and maintenance compliance knowledge is necessary such as Reliability and CASS analyst, aircraft and engine induction specialist, configuration specialist, tech ops maintenance and engineering system administrator and aircraft records supervisor at AirTran Airways, TransMeridian Airlines, World Airways and TeamSAI. Victoria has been an active member of the Women in Aviation, International organization for over 20 years and has been a member of the Atlanta, Wheels Down South Chapter where she was mentorship chair, member of the Board of Directors and her latest role was Vice President. Through the chapter, she finds time to mentor and give back to future aviators. Victoria is a mother to an adult daughter and son-in-law and proud granny of a granddaughter. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, and hosting dinner parties in her home.
