He began his career as an FAA-licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic, quickly rising to the position of Director of Maintenance at an FAA Part 145 Repair Station. After earning his college degree, Richard shifted into private equity, specializing in aviation assets, including whole aircraft, engines, and other aviation-related investments. He is also a co-founder of Airflo AI, which has developed AI-powered digital employees tailored for the aerospace and aviation industries
