Phil Bathurst is the CEO of Aspire MRO which is a widebody MRO based in Ft. Worth TX, focusing on 777 P2F conversions and heavy maintenance. He has over 30 years of Senior Leadership experience at MROs, specializing in Operations and Business process improvements. Prior to Aspire MRO he was CCO at EmpowerMX which had a global presence in MRO and Airline maintenance and supported the improvements of Operations at major airlines and independent MROs. Phil was also COO/GM at Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services, where he led the turnaround of the Embraer Commercial MROs. Earlier in his career Phil held leadership roles at Aviation Technical Services, Associated Air Center, and TIMCO (HAECO).
